Hardware-agnostic software platform that enhances driver safety and comfort by leveraging the existing Driver Monitoring System (DMS) camera. The three key features are, eye-tracking to simplify interaction with vehicle displays; colourization of infrared images; and cockpit customization based on driver stress, which adjusts lighting, music playlist, and other elements to improve driver mood and safety. Use of pre-existing hardware and over-the-air updates reduces implementation costs and time-to-market for car makers, while meeting increasing automotive safety regulations and enhancing the overall driving experience.
