This new type of door closer forms a bridge between comfort automatic drives and mechanical door closers; an e-bike for standard-compliant fire protection and barrier-free doors. The product is simpler and smaller, robust and requires less maintenance. In the event of a power failure, the door is mechanically securely locked. The contactless or resistance-free opening/closing is individually controlled and monitored with the smartphone. EasyAssist is more environmental friendly, as energy recovery is used instead of hydraulic oil during the closing process.
