reTyre is producing the most sustainable tyres in history. By using bio-based and renewable materials reTyre reduces emissions and produces reusable tyres. Our approach reduces CO₂ emissions by up to 82 % compared to conventional rubber tyres, documented in our 3rd party verified LCA. reTyre offers a 100 % sustainable portfolio. reTyre’s manufacturing avoids the use of polluting materials and utilizes advanced automation. reTyre aims to produce tyres in smart factories, bringing tyre production back to the EU and further reducing emissions through less shipping and a more sustainable energy mix.

The production and use of conventional tires are associated with significant environmental impacts, particularly due to the reliance on fossil-based raw materials and limited recycling options. »reTyre« addresses this challenge with a holistic approach based on bio-based and renewable materials, offering a fully sustainable product range. Through an innovative manufacturing technology that avoids harmful substances and by relocating production back to the EU, »reTyre« enables a significant reduction in emissions and supports a closed material loop. The project convinces with an impressive level of innovation and serves as a trend-setting example for future-proof solutions in the tire industry.
