IDEA-4S is an electronic system developed by GMN for monitoring, recording and analysing data. With the IDEA-4S digital interface, GMN offers a modular data management system for the optimisation of almost all machining processes. Recording and analysing the recorded spindle data during machine operation ensures the best possible performance under changing conditions. In addition, IDEA-4S with IO-Link interface simplifies the required cable architecture and supports bidirectional communication with all control types.
