GARANT Automation loading systems enable cross-manufacturer automation of existing machining centres without interfering with the control system. Connected Manufacturing is a shop floor management system that controls tools from CAM to machine and production orders from ERP to delivery. The combination of both systems creates, for the first time, open, machine-independent automation of the entire manufacturing process. A new feature is the automation of tool and material provision, independent of the manufacturer – without the limitations of closed cells. This enables customers to achieve up to 30% more productivity.
