Future Digital Inflight Experience
Description
In 2017 a vision for Future Digital Inflight Experience in 2020 and beyond was established. In particular, the inflight experience should be seamless, consistent and contextualised across all touchpoints and should close the gap between the inflight journey and the customer journey on the ground and enable meaningful transitions beyond the inflight phase, including pre- and post-flight phases.
