Innovation Culture Toolkit

Description Technology is disrupting industries, creating challenges around health, resources efficiency and security. These challenges are changing the world so drastically that companies need to innovate and transform to sustain their business. But this transformation can’t focus on technology alone; a culture that is open to innovation is key. To address this challenge we at the SAP AppHaus have designed a framework consisting of five interconnected key enablers of innovation: People, Process, Place, Leadership and Technology. Our vision is to have an ecosystem of change makers with Design Thinking and innovation skills beyond company borders. We have therefore, created an innovation culture toolkit with downloadable tools, Design Thinking techniques and templates to help organisations jump start their innovation journey.
