O2-Sniffler

Description High-quality electronics – such as those used in electric vehicles – must meet stringent quality requirements. To implement these requirements in Germany in a manner that is economically viable, fully automated production is necessary. The measuring device O2-Sniffler from AHMT monitors this production – e.g., the correct settings of conveyor belts, and the maintenance status of production machines. Thanks to the wireless transmission of the data and its AI-based evaluation, failure cases can be detected at an early stage and maintenance work can be initiated pre-emptively. This helps avoid failures and reduce the proportion of defective products. The housing of the measuring device is manufactured and customised using recyclable, 3D-printed high temperature polymers.
