OP 4.1
Description
Making innovation real and sustainable in an organisation requires a structured, human-centred approach that supports the entire innovation lifecycle: from the generation of novel business ideas to the development and delivery of high-value applications. SAP’s »Human-Centered Approach to Innovation« uses design thinking to create and execute solutions that hit the sweet spot of desirability, feasibility and viability. It consists of five iterative phases: »Explore, Discover, Design, Deliver, Run & Scale«. For the OP 4.1 project we used: »Explore« to evaluate potential innovation opportunities. »Discover« to gain a deep understanding of business needs with employees and to do market research. »Design« to design the processes, interactions and UIs and to develop a business technology platform prototype.
