Description All digitally available documents from more than 90 insurance companies in Germany are automatically retrieved via the Docu-Service. The carriers are connected via proprietary web services or tool-crawling extranets. The documents, including meta-data, are then made available in a central mailbox in consolidated form, whereupon they are distributed following a set of rules. As a result, our customers’ employees receive the daily mail without any manual intervention.
